Interwoven Studios, a Los Angeles based multimedia production agency and studio operator, and Bow West Capital, a full-service real estate investment, development and asset management firm founded in 2016, announced strategic partnership this month with the opening of Interwoven Studios | CULVER CITY, a 7,000 square foot creative content production facility.



The strategic partnership links Interwoven Studios' studio management and production capabilities with Bow West's opportunistic real estate investment thesis to bring online a series of new, first-class creative production spaces within Los Angeles. Interwoven Studios | CULVER CITY, which is located on La Cienega Place, will be the first of these spaces and has just debuted in August.

"We've very pleased to have a partner like Bow West and to be teaming with them to deliver this new and next-gen creative space," commented Chance Horky, a co-founder of Interwoven Studios.

The Interwoven Studios | CULVER CITY facility will be available to third-party groups on short and long term engagements, and will cater to photography clients, video productions, commercial editorial groups, music video teams and social media creator projects.

Conveniently located on Los Angeles' westside, Interwoven Studios | CULVER CITY can accommodate all levels of production and car shoots, and features one white cyc stage (35' x 30' x 15'), one green screen cyc stage (15' x 15' x 15') and one colored backdrop shooting space. The space also includes a full kitchen, conference room, hair & makeup / wardrobe area with vanity stations, a green room, multi-media/podcast room, two private bathrooms, outdoor space and 12 designated parking spaces. The studio is outfitted 200-amp power, car-accessible garage door entry, high-speed internet, HVAC and full grip/lighting/digital packages available for rental.
